In early 2021, Topal Nhon Trach Aluminum factory, Dong Nai started the second phase of construction and expanded 11,000m2 of factory for modern Anode line with a capacity of 6000 tons/per year. This technology has produced high quality Topal aluminum products with international standards such as JIS H8601, JIS H8602, etc. with 3 main lines: Sandblasted Anode, Matte Anode and ED Coated.
Anode technology is the most modern aluminum surface treatment stage recently, which is the process of putting aluminum parts into an electrolytic environment to create on the surface of the product a durable aluminum oxide film and protecting the aluminum parts from surface oxidation. In addition, the aluminum oxide layer has a high hardness (close to diamond), which has good resistance to corrosion and abrasion. Therefore, anodized aluminum does not have rust on the surface with more shiny to ensuring long-term aesthetics for the product.
