Austdoor Group (ADG), a Vietnamese industrial group specializing in door systems, aluminum and building materials, has reached a new milestone with a Vietnam national record recognizing its manufacturing scale.
Presented by the Vietnam Records Organization (VietKings) on October 23, during the Group’s 23rd anniversary celebrations, the record is officially titled “Vietnam’s Largest Roller Shutter Manufacturing System.” It recognizes manufacturing facilities in Hung Yen and Dong Nai, with a combined annual designed production capacity of 6 million square feet of roller shutters and 45,000 metric tons of aluminum profile.
For ADG, the record represents more than manufacturing scale. It reflects over two decades of industrial investment that has laid the foundation for the Group’s expansion into aluminum, building materials and integrated solutions for domestic and international markets.
From Manufacturing Strength to Broader Industrial Capabilities
ADG’s story began in 2003, when the company introduced Australian roller shutter technology to Vietnam.
Today, the Group operates nine manufacturing plants, employs more than 1,500 people, and maintains a domestic network of 600 distributors and 6,000 points of sale. Its manufacturing operations are supported by ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 14064 standards. The Austdoor and Topal brands have also earned Vietnam National Brand recognition for five consecutive editions, reflecting ADG’s sustained investment in R&D, technology and product quality.
Alongside its established door manufacturing capabilities, ADG has developed a large-scale aluminum manufacturing platform.
Its aluminum operations support OEM/ODM and custom development, encompassing aluminum extrusion, custom tooling, surface finishing, including painting and anodizing, precision machining and fabrication. Aluminum profiles can also be further processed into ready-to-install components tailored to customer specifications and project requirements.
These capabilities serve diverse applications across construction and architecture, transportation, energy, industrial equipment, machinery, electronics, technology and furniture.

Beyond Doors: Building an Integrated Industrial Ecosystem
Doors remain central to ADG’s business but no longer define its boundaries. The Group is structured around four strategic business areas: Doors & Home, Aluminum, Green Building Materials, and Digital & Services.
Together, these businesses mark ADG’s shift from supplying individual products to delivering integrated building material solutions, supporting a wider range of project needs, from custom manufacturing and component development to finished products.

Beyond Vietnam: Opening New Markets
ADG’s international expansion is taking shape through both exports and overseas investment.
The Group currently exports to 11 international markets, including the United States, Canada, Germany and Australia. In Cambodia, ADG has also invested in a manufacturing facility, showroom and local distribution activities. Under its 2027–2035 strategy, ADG aims to expand its regional role in living-space and green urban infrastructure solutions.
For international importers, manufacturers and project partners, this combination of manufacturing and engineering capabilities provides a foundation for further collaboration. Twenty-three years after its founding, the Vietnam record marks another step in ADG’s journey, from building a strong manufacturing foundation in Vietnam to developing broader industrial capabilities beyond its borders.
